Numbers are in and according to SEC filings of PLDT and Globe, the two telcos made a combined net income of Php21.5 billion for the first half of 2016, ending June 30, 2016. Biggest loser is PLDT/Smart with a 33% drop in net income for the same period while Globe did a little better at 3% increase compared to the same period as last year. This is the biggest drop in net income for PLDT in a long time.
