PLDT scam me with this prepaid fiber offering. I applied last 6/16, they validated and approved 6/18 & asked to to pay the installation fee (999) which I did. When the installation date arrived the team said that they can’t install the prepaid fiber because postpaid is available. They said that the prepaid plan is for remote areas. But there are no disclaimer in the application and they approved it. They even put the burden of the refund process to me by going to their business office washing time.
