Samsung's Android-powered clamshell-type smartphone is real and it's officially out. It's called the Samsung SCH-W789 Hennessy and sports dual-touchscreen displays and runs Android Jellybean. While everybody is getting frustrated with the supposed Globe iPhone 3G pricing, the Samsung Omnia will definitely be a formidable alternative to the former. This new Samsung i8510 phone will be named Innovate or Innov8. I reckon that the Samsung i8510 is positioned against the Nokia N95 while the Omnia is targetted as an iPhone alternative. Samsung has this thing with slider phones so all the 3 new ones are just that.
