The Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippine (SEMPHIL) facility is located in Calamba, Laguna, and occupies a total area of 20 hectares. We were also joined by Samsung Electronics Philippines president Min Su Chu and the president of SEMPHIL, Seoncheol Park. It’s really nice to know that most, if not all Samsung products use parts made in the Philippines. The much awaited Omnia i900 from Samsung (see specs here) was released in the Philippines yesterday.
