The Samsung Pro Plus and Evo Plus microSD cards with capacities up to 1TB have been unveiled. The Samsung Pro Plus cards provide up to 180MB/s sequential read and up to 130MB/s sequential write speeds. Meanwhile, the Evo Plus cards have 160MB/s for reading and 120MB/s for speeds. The Samsung Pro Plus starts at USD 25 (~PHP 1.4K) for 128GB. As for the Evo Plus, it starts at USD 13 (~PHP 800) for a 64GB card. Samsung Electronics has officially added the PRO Plus and EVO Plus SD cards to its memory card lineup. The PRO Plus and EVO Plus are ideal for content creators and general consumers as it supports a wide range of devices including DSLR, mirrorless and compact cameras, as well as camcorders and PCs. On the other hand, the EVO Plus ensures smooth playback for editing 4K and Full HD videos.
