Samsung is set to begin mass production of its next generation of foldable phones next month, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and, for the first time, a more affordable option, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. Samsung is reportedly in the final stages of testing its homegrown Exynos 2500 3nm chip and may use it ‘exclusively’ in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Current existing devices like the Galaxy Z Flip 6 run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. According to Sedaily, Samsung’s Mobile eXperience division plans to produce 240,000 units of the Z Flip 7 and 170,000 units of the Z Flip 7 FE during the second quarter of 2025. The larger Z Fold 7 will be made in smaller numbers at first (160,000 units) suggesting Samsung is banking on the Flip models, particularly the new FE variant, to carry the lineup. Smart has released their postpaid plans for the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has an SRP of PHP 79,990 and is available in Mirror Purple and Mirror Black.
