#SKK Mobile Phoenix X1

CloudFone has recently announced the Excite 501o, which takes the crown away from the SKK Phoenix X1 as the cheapest octa-core smartphone in the market. The new CloudFone Excite 501o is Php500 cheaper than the SKK Phoenix X1, thus we expect that some corners have to be cut in order to bring the price down by a bit, it's just a question of how much in our opinion. But sometimes, these little things can make or break the device, as is the case with the SKK Phoenix X1 which offers a slightly bigger battery, and better display with scratch-resistant coating in tow. Taking these observations to account, we think that the SKK Phoenix X1 is worth the extra Php500. SKK Mobile announces through its Facebook page that it will hold a grand sale for the Phoenix X1 tomorrow, November 5. After teasing its readers on a new octa-core smartphone, SKK Mobile has finally revealed the suggested retail price of the Phoenix X1 to be only Php5,499. The SKK Phoenix X1 features a Mediatek octa-core chip, IPS HD display, dual-SIM capabilities and Android Kitkat out of the box. SKK Mobile has been very active on their Facebook page and one of the things they’ve been featuring is the yet-to-be-released Phoenix X1 which, as some of the teasers imply, is an octa-core smartphone that only cost less than Php6,000 on launch.
