The broadband services arm of SkyCable -- SkyBroadband -- has a new listing of their internet service for the public consumer to enjoy that looks like a pretty good deal for a high-speed wired service. As listed on their website, SkyBroadband now offers an unlimited internet-only plan with a speed of up to 8Mbps (most likely the downstream speed only).
