SpaceX is partnering with Geometric Energy Corporation (GEC) to launch a digital billboard in space, which is payable with crypto. Samuel Reid, CEO, and co-founder of GEC said the company is in the process of building a satellite called a CubeSat. Besides, GEC hopes to be able to support payments in Dogecoin in the future. SpaceX has announced its launch of "DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon" in Q1 2022, along with their acceptance of cryptocurrency Dogecoin as a mode of payment. The DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon will involve Geometric Space Corporation (GSC) mission management collaborating with SpaceX, a mission completely funded by cryptocurrency Dogecoin. The collaboration between GSC and SpaceX will launch a 40kg CubeSat as rideshare on the Falcon 9 luna payload mission in Q1 2022. "Having officially transacted with DOGE for a deal of this magnitude, Geometric Energy Corporation and SpaceX have solidified DOGE as a unit of account for lunar business in the space sector," said Geometric Energy's Chief Executive Officer Samuel Reid.
