#Spotify new sharing features

Spotify has announced that it will start rolling out new sharing features to Android and iOS users globally. With that said, users globally may look forward to three new features, such timestamp sharing, an improved Canvas feature, and an updated sharing menu on mobile with a clearer layout. • New podcast timestamp sharing - Previously, users could only share the link to an entire episode. With new podcast timestamp sharing, users can now share podcast episodes beginning at a particular moment. • Canvas previews and a new layout - The platform also unveils an updated sharing menu on mobile with a clearer layout. Spotify has expanded its "Premium for Students" 50% off deal to 33 new countries from its initial launch in the US, UK, and Germany. We first leaked the news back in January about Spotify coming to the Philippines (and we were asked to take it down by several entities). We also received an invite from Globe to an event tonight about their partnership with Spotify and we hear the Premium service will be free to some subscribers (under the new Globe Go Surf bundle).
