It's the new 7-inch Android ICS tablet from Starmobile called the Engage. To give more chances of winning, we'll also throw the dual-SIM Starmobile phone to the second lucky winner. Starmobile has announced a deal just in time for Valentine's Day where you can purchase the UP Ultra smartphone with the Engage 7i tablet for Php7,270. On their own, the UP Ultra is priced at Php4,990 while the Engage 7i is at Php3,490.
