Sun Cellular has announced that it will now roll out its 4G LTE network to subscribers in both postpaid and prepaid segments. For prepaid subscribers, Sun has launched the BigData70 promo wiith 1 GB data, unlimited all-network SMS and 30 mins of calls to Sun, valid for 7 days for Php70 (BDATA70 to 247). To enjoy the new LTE connectivity, one must proceed to a nearby Sun Shop to have his/her SIM card replaced by a new one with the same number at no cost. The rumored new Samsung i8510 that tows in an 8-megapixel camera and a 16GB internal storage becomes official. This new Samsung i8510 phone will be named Innovate or Innov8. I reckon that the Samsung i8510 is positioned against the Nokia N95 while the Omnia is targetted as an iPhone alternative. LCD monitors from Samsung are getting better and better. I thought the dual 19" 940BW at home is already a great set up until I got hold of the new 22" Samsung 2232GW LCD monitor.
