TNC Predator claimed the Dota 2 championship in the recent World Electronic Sports Games 2018 (WESG 2018) that took place in Chongqing, China. In the championship match, TNC Predator won against China's Keen Gaming and earned the cash prize of USD 500,000 (~PHP 26,350,000). The Philippine TNC Pro Team is composed of Raven, Kuku, Sam_H, Ryor and Tims, who defeated Cloud9 in a 2-1 run, with a major comeback play in the last 7 minutes of the game in a tightly contested best-of-three match. This team proves again that our country has one of the best DotA teams around the world with this major win and with their previous championship in the International DotA 2 Championships (TI6) at the Seattle Center in the US.
