Beginning January 17, 2022, only non-vaccinated guests with essential purpose of travel from Metro Manila such as persons with medical conditions that prevent full COVID-19 vaccination will be allowed to fly, provided that they present a duly signed medical certificate with name and contact details of their physician. In it’s statement, Cebu Pacific will not allow unvaccinated passengers to travel with some exceptions. According to the carrier, unvaccinated and partially vaccinated minors (below 18 years old) may be allowed to travel if they are returning residents and accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. Cebu Pacific has provided options for passengers who are unable to travel until January 31,2022. They may cancel up to 2 hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option, to rebook or a travel fund, through Cebu Pacific’s website.
