X, formerly known as Twitter, has now introduced its X Hiring feature that will see companies be able to post job listings on their X profiles. The job listings on X are said to appear on the organization's profile and be able to be searched through keywords, location, or other criteria while also being able go through the whole hiring process from searching, applying, sending of CV, and communicating with the employer directly on X. As the feature is still in Beta, it isn't as robust or as globally available as LinkedIn in its current state but would now give organizations an alternative to advertising their job listings. It's also said that as of now, verified organizations can add up to five job vacancies. Professional network site, LinkedIn, now offers free job postings in select industries to accelerate hiring of vacant positions essential for fighting COVID-19. Included in the program are healthcare, disaster mitigation, warehouse, retail, and logistics sectors. LinkedIn also aids companies in finding highly-skilled and experienced candidates by promoting job announcements on the site's homepage and Jobs page, scale the screening and recruiting talents with the Recruiting for Good program, and keep LinkedIn account users and companies connected, informed, and productive with a resource hub.
