X, formerly known as Twitter, has now introduced its X Hiring feature that will see companies be able to post job listings on their X profiles.
The feature is currently on Beta with companies needing to pay USD 1,000 per month for its verification status.
The job listings on X are said to appear on the organization’s profile and be able to be searched through keywords, location, or other criteria while also being able go through the whole hiring process from searching, applying, sending of CV, and communicating with the employer directly on X.
Organizations who are verified on X can apply and sign up for the X Hiring Beta starting today.
As the feature is still in Beta, it isn’t as robust or as globally available as LinkedIn in its current state but would now give organizations an alternative to advertising their job listings.
It’s also said that as of now, verified organizations can add up to five job vacancies.
This would also be a step forward to Musk’s vision of X being the everything app.
