Building on the success of its SU7 sedan—which has already racked up over 200,000 deliveries in just under eight months—the PU7 arrives in three variants. Xiaomi has equipped the PU7 with high-voltage 800 V architecture—peaking at 897 V—to enable ultra-fast charging, taking the battery from 10 % to 80 % in 12 minutes or adding 385 miles (620 km) of range in 15 minutes. Industry whispers suggest the PU7 may command a premium of 60,000–70,000 CNY above comparable Model Y trims. With reservations set to open this summer and deliveries to follow in late 2025, Xiaomi is betting big on the PU7 to wrest market share from Tesla.
