The ASUS ZenFone Max M2 is a budget-friendly smartphone that recently landed in the Philippines. Smart is finally out with its WiMax service and posters have been spotted about the new SmartBro WiMax subscription plans. I think we're a bit fortunate to have 3 competing WiMax providers in the Philippines -- there's Globe, Smart and Liberty Telecoms.
