Samsung Electronics has globally launched their latest gaming monitor with a curved screen and features the company’s quantum dot technology – the Samsung CFG70 curved monitor.
If quantum dot sounds familiar, that is because it is featured in Samsung’s latest high-end SUHD TVs. That the same technology is now in the CFG70, making it the “industry’s first curved gaming monitor” to feature the said tech.
The CFG70 comes in 24 and 27-inch models and can deliver 125% of the sRGB spectrum, 3,000:1 contrast ratio, 1 ms moving picture response time (MPRT), AMD FreeSync Technology over HDMI, and 144 Hz refresh rate.
Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
