Here’s a Chrome extension to help ease your ‘hugot’

Somebody out there understands how hard it can be to heal an emotionally broken heart and made an AdBlock-like extension for Chrome to reach out a hand to those who just can stand seeing any posts about love, heartaches, or anything related.

hurtblocker

The Hurt Blocker is created by the folks from PJBDigital. It’s a simple extension you can add to Chrome. As stated in its description, it can block music videos, Facebook posts, and website that may hurt you.

Heart broken? Bitter about love? Prevent getting hurt by posts online. Hurt Blocker will block posts/site that may cause you pain

We’re not sure how the extension assesses the content you’re browsing but we tested it out and it doesn’t allow us to read articles about being single, and some love guides as well. Although it gets pretty aggressive in blocking as movie listing portals are also considered to be hurtful. Why? Can’t we watch a film alone?

Anyhow, it turns out, it’s a just campaign from The Medical City for their check-up package dubbed as W.A.L.L. or short for Worth a Longer Life.

To download the extension, click here to head to the Chrome Web Store, hit “Add to Chrome”, and you’re good to go. It’s like having a friend inside Chrome taking care of your feelings.
