Apple raises PH prices for MacBooks, iPads, and more as MacBook Neo jumps to PHP 49,990

Listen to article

Apple has quietly increased the prices of several products in the Philippines, with some models seeing steep jumps across its Mac and iPad lineup. The biggest increase appears to hit the MacBook Neo, which now starts at ₱49,990 from ₱39,990.

The updated pricing also covers the Apple TV 4K, iPads, Mac mini, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro. Depending on the model, the increases range from roughly ₱5,000 to as much as ₱30,000, making this one of Apple’s more noticeable local price adjustments in recent months.

Here’s a quick look at the reported changes:
•Apple TV 4K: ₱9,490 to ₱14,490.
•iPad (A16): ₱24,990 to ₱32,990.
•iPad mini (A17 Pro): ₱34,990 to ₱42,990.
•iPad Air (M4): ₱42,990 to ₱54,990.
•iPad Pro (M5): ₱72,990 to ₱89,990.
•MacBook Neo: ₱39,990 to ₱49,990.
•Mac mini (M4, 512GB): ₱49,990 to ₱55,990.
•MacBook Air (M5): ₱78,990 to ₱89,990.
•MacBook Pro (M5): ₱109,990 to ₱139,990.

The price hike comes amid rising memory chip costs, which Apple’s leadership had earlier flagged as a possible reason for higher prices. For now, iPhone prices in the Philippines remain unchanged, but the latest update suggests Apple is already passing on higher component costs to local buyers.
