BDO Pay is offering zero-fee transactions for several everyday payment services, including money transfers, bills payment, mobile load purchases, and QR-based payments.
Users can send money for free to BDO accounts, other banks, and e-wallets through InstaPay or PesoNet. The app also supports free bills payment to more than 2,200 billers and free mobile load purchases.
BDO Pay users can scan QR codes when paying at stores through QRPh using a linked BDO Debit Card. They can also use Scan to Pay with a BDO Credit Card, send money through InstaPay QR, and withdraw or deposit cash at supported QR-enabled ATMs.
The app allows users to pay directly from a linked BDO account or credit card without first adding money to a separate wallet balance. Available discounts, cashback offers, and rewards points can also be viewed and managed inside the app.
BDO Pay is also running a referral campaign from July 1 to September 30, 2026. Existing users who share their referral code can receive ₱100 in cash credits after a new user signs up and completes registration using the code. The referred user will receive ₱50 in cash credits.
BDO Pay is available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
