Sa pagsisikap na bawasan ang matinding trapiko sa lalawigan ng Cavite, ipatutupad ang Unified Vehicular Reduction System, na kilala rin bilang Number Coding Scheme simula sa huling bahagi ng buwang ito.
The same schedule in Metro Manila applies to motorists with the following license plate and conduction sticker ending in Cavite:
- 1 at 2: Lunes
- 3 at 4: Martes
- 5 at 6: Miyerkules
- 7 at 8: Huwebes
- 9 at 0: Biyernes
Bagaman hindi tulad ng kasalukuyang saklaw sa Metro Manila, ang number coding sa Cavite ay ipatutupad mula 6AM-9AM at 3PM-7PM. Ang scheme ay naaangkop sa lahat ng pribadong kotse at van, motorsiklo, at trak (maliban sa mga nasasakupan ng truck bans) na ipagbabawal magmaneho sa mga sumusunod na kalsada:
- Aguinaldo Highway - covering the stretch of Bacoor to Dasmarinas-Silang boundary
- Governor's Drive - covering the stretch of Carmona to Trece Martires City-Tanza boundary
- Molino-Salawag-Paliparan Road - from Zapote, Bacoor, to Paliparan, Dasmarinas
- Molino Boulevard - covering Talaba 4, Niog 3, Ligas 2, Ligas 3, Bayanan, Mambog 4, Molino 2, Molino 3, San Nicolas 1, and San Nicolas 3 in Bacoor.
- Daang Hari Road - covering the stretch of Aguinaldo Highway, Imus to Molino, Bacoor
However, in Section 6 of the ordinance, it is stated that public utility vehicles including jeepneys and buses are exempted from the number coding scheme, as well as school buses, ambulance, among others.
Motorists violating the number coding scheme will incur a fine of Php300.
Hindi tinukoy ng ordinansa kung kailan magsisimula ang pagpapatupad, ngunit ayon sa nasa itaas na larawan na kumakalat sa social media, magsisimula ito sa Disyembre 22, 2016.

Mga Malls at mga car stores na nagsisulputan NA PARANG MGA KABUTE sa kahabaan ng Aguinaldo Highway. They are paying due taxes for you (the government), they are good! Basta bayad ka tax mo, okey ka! Are not these vehicle owners also paying their taxes? Why sacrifice them?
