2nd-gen Google Chromecast unboxed, first impressions

Announced last September, the 2nd-generation Chromecast has been given a new look and improved performance.

The hockey puck shape and short HDMI cable gives it better flexibility to fit at the back of your TV.

Check out our first impressions in this short video below:

The Chromecast performs better and comes with a new feature called Chromecast Gaming that allows you to stream your mobile games into your TV with almost no lag.

The device now comes in more colors like red and yellow aside from the old black one.

It’s not yet available in the Philippines but you can order it at the Google Play Store for $35. However, you can get it for Php2,700 from Widget City here.

You can already buy this at Lazada and OLX. It’s been posted there for several weeks already.
