This plan is crap! Its a lot less expensive to get a Prepaid Fiber service. It would have been worthwhile if it had a Landline service.

I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with PLDT: I’ve been without internet for almost a month despite continuing to pay my bills on time. The lack of service has significantly impacted my daily activities and work. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I’ve encountered the worst customer support with no action taken to fix the issue. Additionally, I have a 300 Mbps plan, but I’ve had constant signal issues and only receive speeds up to 50 Mbps. I strongly advise others to never, ever try PLDT due to their unreliable service and poor customer support.
Had the same issue. I believe its due to their sub contractors. I had no internet for an entire month due to the fact that their Internal technician does not come on the requested date and kept going to the wrong address. Ways-ways ang iba sa kanila.
