21 Surefire Tips for a Successful Blog Launch

Here’s a really good checklist of things you need to do or have in mind when launching a new blog.

The 21 points included in this checklist will cover the basics of what you need to do during those all-important first two weeks of your blog’s life. While there are no guarantees in the blogosphere, if you follow these launching tips closely, your chances of success are greatly improved.

I especially recommend point #20 — Go ‘Real-World’ with other bloggers.. I’ve always noticed the link loves are always given freely and easily (sometimes by the dozen) during meetups, blogcons and eyeballs.

So, there’s the tip — always attend meetups (not only when there’s free food and drinks!). I’m pretty sure the link value you’d get is way more precious than any bottomless iced tea you can ever drink. ;)

Hopefully, we can organize one Bloggers’ Christmas Party this December. :)

I like the meetups because bloggers also share my interest . And I don’t know a lot of close friends who are into this the latest web developments or information technology.
