Nokia BH-903: Bluetooth Stereo Headset

This BH-903 is some fancy and pricey bluetooth stereo headphones from Nokia. It’s one of those headphones that’s “nice to have”. This one is just a review unit I’m testing for a couple of months.

The unique feature about this stereo headphones is that it has a built-in FM Tuner so you can listen to FM radio stations by itself. There’s an OLED display screen to help navigate between menus and indicate battery life.

The control pad is a combination of rubber, metal and glossy plastic with menu controls to stop, play, move forward and backward selections. The touch-sensitive pad allows you to control volume by sliding your fingers clockwise or counter-clockwise (much like the scroll wheel of the iPod).

Pairing the device with a bluetooth phone is as easy as pressing the center button for several seconds until it pairs (passcode is always 0000). You charge the headphones using your regular Nokia phone charger. Comes with an adjustable neckstrap so you can wear it comfortably.

Don’t know the local price tag but it retails for $200 in the US.

Sound quality is great, bass is solid. Haven’t fully tested the battery life though but so far it lasts for days on regular use.
