Just hit the 500 Feedburner Subscriber Mark

Nothing much to celebrate actually. Just that I’ve been watching my Feedburner stats closing in on the 500 subscriber mark for the past month. It hit that mark today.

Feedburner

The Feedburner Email subscriber is crawling in steadily while I’m still a bit curious why Rojo took the top spot in the feed reader list.

I used to look at my post-to-comment ratio as a measure of activity (or inactivity) in my blogs. But now, I feel that the RSS subscribers are the ones who will be here to stay in the long haul.

That’s why I’ve actually opened up full feeds instead of the old summary feeds. Besides, my theory that pageviews would be heavily affected by reverting to full feeds wasn’t justified.

Can we get full feeds at PTB too? I hate partial feeds. They sucks the life out of the fun in reading blogs.

    Ahh yes, and that too.

Now subscriber counts is the metric where I’m trying to catch up with Abe!

    I’ll celebrate when I hit 100.

  4. [...] Increase feed subscribers. I know no tricks on how to get more people to read my feeds, but I want to catch up with Abe. I think that many people drop by but either don’t find my writing compelling, or they don’t know how to use feed readers. I suspect most Pinoy blog readers have yet to discover feeds. [...]

  5. [...] Integration with feeds. Did I convert a searcher or a referrer into a subscribe? Compare mine () with my goal (). That’s Bossing Abe of course. [...]
