Apple’s website & retail stores do not have it yet as of the moment, but other retailers are starting to sell it along with the iPad Air early – the new iPad Mini with Retina Display can now be purchased locally at Villman.

It starts at Php20,990 for the 16GB version and it goes up to Php37,990 for the 128GB model. The 16GB iPad Air however has been out for quite sometime now and is currently priced Php4k more expensive if you want the extra inches in size.
