Hasselblad is now owned by DJI -- report

Reports are circulating online that a historic camera brand is now owned by a Chinese tech company.

DJI, known for their well-performing drones, has reportedly acquired a majority stake in the Swedish camera company Hasselblad. As reported by a photography website, the DJI kept Hasselblad alive when it became a minor shareholder back in November 2015 and to keep things in perspective, they now became a major shareholder.There's still no public

What does this mean for Hasselblad? Well, first, we can speculate that sometime from now, a new fancy drone using Hasselblad's expertise will be out in the market. With that, it'll be pricey for sure but let's hope it won't be. Hasselblad will still continue to make their expensive shooters, of course.
