thou? and requirment? study grammar first and spelling ok? save yourself the time and the trouble. and what do you mean by “i rather speak english”? your grammar’s all wrong, man! i’m sick and tired of these call center people who walk around speaking in english and trying hard to master the american accent. slang? there’s a place and a time for this and you might sound smart but it wouldn’t take a genius to realize that all you’re doing is trying to sound americanized (try pinching your nose and speaking at the same time). there is more to it than the sound. you have to go back to basics, to grammar. shame on all of you call center wannabes!!!!!!!! i know i’ll get flamed for this but i don’t care. fix your spelling and your grammar people!

Why did the Convergys Cebu City hire Olga (my interviewer) who happened to be very strict but not a good speaker in english. She is annoying during interview. She keeps interrupting when the interviewee is answering. That is indeed the common complain of the interviewees.
She does not have even an “AMERICAN ACCENT” that she is talking. She says that a call center agent should have an AMERICAN ACCENT.
Well…I was just the only one who passed the examination out of 7 applicants. Isn’t it great.

OLGA has no substance as an agent, supervisor, nor as a Human Resource.
