Google Pixel 7 Series specs leak ahead of launch

Google’s Pixel 7 Series flagships have surfaced online ahead of their launch on October 6. The leaked information not only cover the specifications but also their advertisement videos.

According to the leaked graphic—which was posted on a Taiwanese mobile carrier website (no longer available)—both the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro is equipped with Google’s proprietary chipset Tensor (2nd generation), with wireless charging, IP68 dust and water resistance, face and fingerprint biometrics, and Titan M2 security chip.

The Pixel 7 Pro has a 12GB RAM and 256/ 128GB storage, a 120Hz 6.7-inch QHD+ display, and a triple rear camera setup (50MP wide, 48MP telephoto, and 12MP ultra-wide) that offers a new ‘macro focus’ feature and 5x optical/ 30x digital zoom which is higher than that of the Pixel 6 Pro. At the front is a 10.8MP selfie shooter.

While the base model, Pixel 7, has an 8GB RAM and 256/ 128GB storage, 90Hz 6.3-inch FHD+ display, and a dual rear camera setup (50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide), and the same 10.8MP selfie lens.

Tipster Yogesh Brar also revealed the colorways for the Pixel 7 are Lemongrass (Lime Green), Obsidian (Black), and Snow (White); while the Pixel 7 Pro will be available in Obsidian (Black), Snow (White), Hazel (Grey with Gold).

Regarding the pricing, Brar also said that it will be the same as the Pixel 6 series starting at USD 599 (8GB+128GB) for the base model, and USD 899 (12GB+128GB) for the pro model.

Google Pixel 7 Series is slated for launch on October 6 (10 pm Philippine time).
