Microsoft replaces Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a black screen in Windows 11

Microsoft mengubah tampilan Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) yang familiar dalam Windows 11. Dimulai dengan pembaruan 24H2 (akan dirilis dalam beberapa bulan ke depan), sistem yang rusak sekarang akan menampilkan layar hitam alih-alih biru biasa.

Meski ada perubahan, kode berhenti dan nama pengemudi yang menyebabkan tabrakan masih akan ditampilkan. Microsoft mulai menguji tampilan layar hitam ini pada bulan April melalui program Windows Insider.

Menurut Microsoft, desain baru ini adalah bagian dari upaya lebih luasnya untuk membuat Windows lebih stabil dan andal. Layar kesalahan yang diperbarui memiliki tata letak yang lebih sederhana yang lebih cocok dengan gaya desain Windows 11, sekaligus tetap menampilkan detail kesalahan yang penting.

The change is linked to Microsoft's "Windows Resiliency Initiative," which was launched after last year’s CrowdStrike issue that caused system-wide problems for many users around the world.
