Cuil이라는 새로운 아일랜드 기반 검색 엔진이 공개되었습니다. 이들은 자신들이 배경 색상 정도는 다른 종류의 검색 엔진이라고 주장합니다.
피상적인 인기 지표에 의존하기보다 Cuil 은 콘텐츠와 관련성을 기반으로 페이지를 검색하고 순위 매깁니다. 귀하의 키워드가 포함된 페이지를 발견하면 해당 페이지에 머무르며 나머지 콘텐츠를 분석하고, 그 개념들 및 상호관계, 그리고 페이지의 일관성을 검토합니다.
지금까지 검색은 빠르고 관련성이 높습니다. 관련성 그룹화와 다중 열을 위한 주제 탭이 추가되어 스크롤이 크게 줄었습니다. Cuil은 인덱싱된 웹 페이지가 1210 억 개 이상이라고 자랑합니다.
이들은 특히 Google의 대규모 검색 인덱스인 테라구글 (TeraGoogle) 의 전설적인 두 명의 설립자가 과거에 이 프로젝트를 주도했던 점 때문에 유망해 보입니다. 이 프로젝트는 2006 년 초에 출시되었습니다.
Cuil links unrelated images to some search results, as I found when I tried searching for my site. Emailed them to report it, though I doubt they will reply. At least the image wasn’t unsafe for work.
The only good thing about Cuil is the black homepage. This is very ‘green’. If people actually make the switch and decide to use it, they’ll conserve electricity… The idea, however, was clearly stolen from Google, who turned off the lights on their home page for a day.
cuil is the first black themed search engine in the world. talk about dark horse err dark browse.
