Microsoft is reportedly working on a new browser to replace its native Windows Internet Explorer. Will IE soon say goodbye? Maybe not yet.

Above is a leaked screenshot of project Spartan, a newborn browser for the upcoming Windows 10, taken last November 2014. While it doesn’t look like much, it is nice to see a very minimal approach except for the icons. We sure hope it will change with the recent versions. Word has it that Spartan was born September of last year with a particular team working on it.

Voice commands, probably by Cortana, will be supported in the app such as “add to favorites”, “make that my homepage”, and “go to Facebook.com”. Looking forward for updates regarding this one. We’ll keep you guys updated.

It’s never been okay to bash an upcoming product until you get to use it. The fact that most computers in world still uses MS is an understatement that it’s still relevant. I know that you know that you learned to use computers because of their OS and even right now, some of you are using one and will still use it in the near future, not because there are no other options but it’s a necessity.
Yeah right! And one thing is for sure, that screenshot was taken last november and they must have improved its ui then. There are developmental stages, right? Alpha, Beta etc. And its a leak. Much would have changed prolly by the time they would release it.
