Acer Philippines also showcased their latest flagship phone yesterday, the Acer Iconia Smart S300, which is a huge 4.8-inch Android smarpthone.

The Iconia Smart S300 was first announced back in February and was previewed in April here in the Philippines. Acer says it’s now available in stores.

Aside from the size of the screen, there’s not much amazing about the phone. In fact, it has a striking similarity to the Dell Streak 5 which saw a huge price cut recently (around Php14k). It does stand very tall among other Android smartphones though.

The forgotten LG Chocolate phone looks better than this. Remember that black/red phone? That was so sexy.

This looks like a touchscreen remote control. I agree with the peeps, better get the Dell Streak 5 than this. And it’s an Acer. Nuff said.
