Alcatel outs OneTouch Idol 3: 5.5, 4.7 inch LTE phones under Php13k

Alcatel also wants to let you know that it has an array of OneTouch devices at MWC: Such is the Idol 3, a pair of budget-friendly devices at 4.7 and 5.5 inches and prices that do not go any higher than €250.

Yep, you heard that right. Like the Pixi 3 smartphones first unveiled at CES which sports different sizes and comes on different OS flavors, the Idol 3 has two display sizes and comes with dual hi-fi speakers using the Clari-Fi audio chip by Harman, a 13MP rear camera, a large aperture for shooting in low light and a sensor that enables the camera’s lightning responsiveness. The smartphone is also symmetrical and reversible, meaning you can use it on any orientation.

The 4.7-inch Idol 3 features the Snapdragon 410 chipset with and will be powered by a 2000mAh battery.It will feature single and dual-SIM versions with varied sets of onboard storage

Its bigger sibling, the 5.5 inch Idol 3, will sport better specs: It’s equipped with Snapdragon 615, a better screen resolution, a larger front camera and RAM, and a bigger battery capacity. Like the 4.7-inch version, it also comes in single and Dual-SIM models.
