AppleCare One has been announced as a new all-in-one device protection plan. This allows users to cover for up to three Apple devices with all the benefits of AppleCare+.

This includes unlimited accidental damage repairs, 24/7 priority support, and battery service. The addition to this plan is theft and loss protection for both iPads and Apple Watches.
The coverage supports Apple products up to four years old, so long as it’s still in working condition. Users can also add extra devices to their plan for USD 5.99 (~PHP 300) per month each.
Given the benefits, this could save users up to USD 11 (~PHP 600) monthly compared to having separate AppleCare+ plans. Of course, users who still prefer single-device coverage can still opt for AppleCare+, though prices may slightly increase.
The updated pricing now includes mandatory theft and loss protection for iPads and Apple Watches. For example, the Apple Watch plans went up from USD 4 (~PHP 200) to USD 5 (~PHP 300) monthly.
Existing AppleCare+ users without theft and loss coverage can keep current terms until renewal.
Another thing of note is that AppleCare One does not support Family Sharing. Individual plans or insurance coverage is still intended for Apple product owners.
AppleCare One will cost users USD 19.99 (~PHP 1.3K) per month. The new service is currently available in the US only. There’s no word yet on availability in other regions like the Philippines, but we’ll update readers once details arrive.
