LG Nexus 5 16GB appears on Play Store for $349

Listen to article

Google’s upcoming Nexus flagship, the Nexus 5, is yet to become official but it has already “accidentally” appeared on the Play Store’s listing with a price tag starting at $349.

nexus 5_official

The $349 Nexus 5 listed online is for the 16GB version. And since Google’s Play Store is unavailable here in the Philippines, we are not able to see the listing ourselves.

However, according to sources in the U.S. the link doesn’t go anywhere so you can’t purchase it yet. It will definitely go live when it becomes official in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

Dont Compare Android smartphone sa Iphone in terms of specs…kc..nsa performance yan…dual core lng ang iphone 5s (example lng po) but it can perform well because of its a7 chipset.sama mu na rin ang ios w/c is compatible kc isang company lng ang gumawa.and ngdesign ng MOST parts and software (eg.apps) of iphone..maraming tao ngcocompare w/c is better marming disappointed dahil sa specs ng apple., ang icompare nyu ung performance neto..same but i prefer apple..even though it is expensive

iOS seems more stable than Android because it doesn’t have the same level of multitasking and administrative privileges as Android does. It seems better only because of its limitations. Ever heard of the Android app “Tasker”? I guess not. Apple has no app that even comes marginally close to a powerful app like Tasker. But then again iOS is made for novices and the technologically challenged so no Apple fanboy would care.

If prefer mo ang phone, the best talaga ang LG G2. NO Doubt! One thing I am sure, LG is definitely different from others.

LU

LG G2 offers the best smartphone experience. But what can we do if nacoconfuse ka. LG kasi sila pareho kayo ka siguro nagkakaganyan :)

Todd · 13 years ago

Both are amazing products, buy both! Haha, the nexus 5’s specs looks amazing with the Kitkat. G2 on the other hand beats it with the higher MP camera and other functions.

But both are great products and are at very competitive prices.

Where the fucking hell did @Bob Freking go?
It’s obvious that the Nexus 5 render he submitted here in YugaTech is plagiarized from @evleaks at twitter.

Anak,

Anong pagmamagaling yan? Paki-explain.

i think yung may pinakamalapit na “playstore price” dito sa atin ay yung nasa mga grey market like kimstore, widgetcity, hotgadgets, etc. yun nga lang sa umpisa talagang boom ang price, nagsstabilize lang sya after 6 months. well, business is business. sure ako na bibili ako neto dahil mukhang astig yung specs for app development, pero hindi ako yung tipo na pagkarelease eh bili bili agad haha. kuripot eh.

Reply
LE
LeMe · 13 years ago

Remember this phone has the lastest driod updates not to mention the fastest mobile procie up to date. I was about to get a plan for Note 3 but this is the only reason I’m holding back because of the Nexus’ price. Google always price their products very competitively. I wish this will be on our local carriers by xmas.

Rumored Specs of Nexus 5: 5.2 screen, super amoled, full HD display, Soc snapdragon 800, 3GB RAM, 8MP camera which maybe tied to GPS- unit knows its location and adjust camera settings based on weather condition (neat trick if it is true). The 16 GB variant is rumored to be about US$ 200. The source is expert review in UK..http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/mobile-phones/1299484/google-nexus-5-specs-release-date-price-rumours-and-news

mahal? iphone 5c nga lang $549 yung unlocked… give me an android phone na 16gb rin tapos kasing ganda specs ng nexus 5, and same good build quality at a similar $349 price??? mag isip isip kasi muna bago mag comment.

AB
abuzalzal · 13 years ago

So tingin mo talaga $349 yan pag nakarating dito ha? OMFG I’m so astounded by your ignorance

PS
psikick · 13 years ago

CO
cocopadilla · 13 years ago

posibleng mahal nga yan pagdating dito.. nung una yung N4 binenta between 22-26K sa stores sa mall at initially ganun din sa mga online stores pero biglang nag-price drop sa mga online stores to 15K ang N4. so kung iisipin initial price nyan dito saten pag nag-release yung mga online stores eh nasa price range din ng 20-25K since LG din naman ang may gawa.

RY
Ryan · 13 years ago

And pagdating d2 sa pinas 25k na… tsk tsk tsk
