Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup may have 16GB RAM

There is a rumor stating that the Samsung Galaxy S26 may have up to 16GB of RAM when next year arrives.

According to a claim from Macquarie Research, it states that the Samsung Galaxy S series next year will have an increase to 16GB of RAM. This is an increase versus the current Galaxy S lineup where the only the S25 Ultra variant can go up to 16GB.

Comparing this to the Apple’s iPhone, it looks like there will be an increase up to 12GB of RAM this year, but in 2026, their devices will still only have up to 12GB.

None of these are confirmed just yet so we will have to wait for further developments.
