Subor S3: World’s first bezel-less smartphone

If you’re one who often nitpicks on a smartphone’s bezels, or a frame surrounding the display screen, you might take a liking at the Subor S3 — a dual-4G smartphone touted to have the world’s first bezel-less screen.

There’s no denying that smartphone companies are on the race to having a side bezel-less screen, and it’s very evident in the recent times. There’s LG who made an almost bezel-less screen at 0.7 mm last year, and this company from China seems to bank on the ‘world’s first’ moniker to gain fame.

Subor S3 key specs:
5-inch HD screen, 1280×720, 294ppi
Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (front and back)
1.5Ghz Quad-Core, 64-bit Mediatek MTK6732
Mali-T760 GPU
8GB Internal storage
expandable via microSD
8MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture
8MP front camera
Dual-SIM, Dual-Standby
FM Radio
Android 4.4 KitKat
1700mAh battery
141.5 × 70.3 × 7.8mm
Colors: Black, White

The Subor S3 will retail in China for 1399 Yuan or roughly around Php10,100.
