Xiaomi Redmi K70E now official: to launch globally as POCO X6 Pro 5G

Alongside the vanilla Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro, the Xiaomi Redmi K70E also went official.

This one is the most affordable in the lineup, boasting MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra. And pretty much features most of the specs from its siblings with slight differences.

Additionally, new report suggests that this variant could go global as the POCO X6 Pro 5G—the successor to this year’s POCO X5 Pro 5G.

Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) certification revealed that the POCO X6 Pro with the model number 2311DRK48G.

The Indian version also appeared through BIS certification, bearing the model number 2311DRK48I. And the final piece of the puzzle is the Redmi K70E with model number 2311DRK48C.

See the pattern? Xiaomi uses “G” as suffix in model numbers indicating global versions of its devices, “I” for India, and “C” for China.
