Acer launches four new Swift laptops at CES 2023

Acer has beefed up its Swift lineup of laptops at the Consumer Electronics Show 2023 (CES) with four new additions: the Acer Swift Go 14″ and 16″, the Acer Swift 14, and the Acer Swift X 14.

The Swift Go will be offered in two sizes and models, the Go 14″ and the Go 16″ (referring to the screen sizes). These two machines are the spiritual successors to Acer’s Swift 3 lineup and will have Intel’s 13th Gen H-Series processors.

With the Swift Go laptops, you will have the option of picking an OLED display that can go to as much as 3.2K in resolution. You may also pick the more traditional LCD route if your heart so desires.

The Acer Swift Go 14″ will start at a price of USD $849.99 or around Php 47,474, and will be available globally in February. Meanwhile, the Swift Go 16″ will start at USD $799.99 or around Php 44,682, and will be available worldwide in March.

Acer also unveiled the Acer Swift 14 and the Swift X 14.

The Acer Swift 14 will offer a touchscreen display at two skews: a display with either a 1920 x 1200 resolution or one with a higher 2560 x 1600.

Meanwhile, the Swift X 14 comes with either a 14.5-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 and a 120 Hz refresh rate or a 2560 x 1600 IPS LCD display. The Swift X 14 will also come with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics card (all the way up to the GeForce RTX 4050).

Both the Swift 14 and the Swift X 14 models are Intel Evo-certified machines and will come with Intel’s 13th Generation Intel Core processors.

The Swift 14 will be available globally the soonest — in January at USD $1,399.99 or around Php 78,138. Meanwhile, the Swift X 14 will start at USD $1,099.99 or around Php 61,437 and will be available globally by April of this year.
