Amazon Prime Video now offers lower subscription price in PH

Amazon Prime Video is now offering lower subscriptions in the Philippines, from PHP 259 per month, down to PHP 149 per month.

This development aligns with other video streaming platforms which is either creating new affordable subscription tiers to sustain and gain subscribers and gain more revenue. A good example of this is how Netflix is building up the most affordable subscription plan with ads, HBO GO doing the other way around by raising the monthly costs from PHP 149 to PHP 199 per month, and Disney+ increasing their prices in the US from USD 7.99 to USD 10.99 per month.

Amazon Prime Video 758 houses this popular shows such as The Good Doctor, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Carnival Row, American Horror Story, The Boys, Invincible, The Legend of Vox Machina, The Terror, and The Expanse.

Amazon offers a FREE 7-DAY Trial for those that want to test out the service before committing to monthly subscriptions. The lowered subscription fee of PHP 149 is available only until December 2023, so users still have ample time to take advantage of it.
