Apple Vision Pro to launch in USA

Apple has revealed the date of when the Visio Pro will be available in all Apple Stores in the US.

Announced during Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference, the Apple Vision Pro is the company’s virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) headset. It is powered by Apple’s latest chipsets: the M2 and R1 and will run on visionOS.

Navigating the interface with the Vision Pro is all done through head, eye, and hand tracking so there is no controller. Apps such as Photos, Movies, FaceTime, AppleTV and more as even spatial videos can be used with this device.

The headset will include a Solo Kit and Dual Loop Bands, a Light Seal, two Light Seal Cushions, Apple Vision Pro Cover, Polishing Cloth, Battery, USB-C Charge Cable, and USB-C Power Adapter.

The Apple Vision Pro will have a starting price of USD 3,499, which is around PHP 194,717.78, for the 256GB variant. ZEISS Optical Inserts have an additional cost of USD 99 (or ₱5,509.31) while the ZEISS Optical Inserts — Prescription goes for USD 149 (or PHP 8,291.78).

Pre-orders for the device will start on January 19 while availability will occur on February 2 in the United States. There’s no news on a global launch yet.
