ASUS released a new variant to their recently announced ROG Strix Scar II dubbed the ROG Strix Scar II (GL704). It’s basically a bigger variant with a 17.3-inch screen.
Nothing really changed here except for a few internal differences and the larger display. We still have a 144hz Full HD IPS-level display, Intel i7-8750H processor, 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD, 1TB FireCuda SSHD, and Windows 10. Perhaps the biggest difference is in the GPU, the bigger Scar II comes with a Nvidia GTX 1060 while the smaller one comes with the GTX 1070.
