BDO receives reports of potentially compromised ATMs

BDO has issued a statement saying that they have obtained reports of potentially compromised ATMs which led to unauthorized transactions on cardholders accounts.

“BDO has obtained reports of potentially compromised ATMs following reported losses from cardholders. Customers with unauthorized transactions may reach out to the bank via formal channels so that their cases may be properly investigated and, where confirmed as impacted, may be reimbursed. BDO would like to reassure the public that it exerts all efforts to protect its cardholders and their transactions.”

That’s bull, mine has been over 2 minths and they still havent refunded the money. I suggest that you go to the bank instead of waiting for the fraud team that I doubt really exist.

There was an unauthorized transaction using my BDO ATM card last June 5th around 847pm in Tanza Cavite.. I was very dismay about the incident. Hope BDO give back my money after 20 days as per their Fraud team.
