Bytedance

ByteDance acquired Moonton back in 2021. Now, they seem to be looking for buyers for the developers of Mobile Legends for USD 4 billion. One of these buyers seem to be a Saudi-based company.

Recently, ByteDance have stated that in order to focus on hardware, they are cutting game and software related jobs. One of this is their virtual reality (VR) unit Pico.

Moonton, the makers of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), was founded on 2014. Besides MLBB, they have yet to release another title that is able to garner the same success as the aforementioned game.
