Along with a special 25th anniversary Xbox console, Microsoft unveiled a wave of new games, hardware and updates during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. It features the announcement of Persona 6 and a new Spyro adventure game.
Among the biggest reveals was Persona 6, a Japanese Role-Playing Games (JRPG). Meanwhile, Persona 4 Revival received a February 18, 2027 release date and is now available for pre-order.
Spyro: A Realm Beyond was also announced as the first original Spyro game in nearly 20 years with a planned Spring 2027 release.
Other major announcements included Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember for early 2027, State of Decay 3 for 2027 and METRO 2039 for February 2027. There is also Gears of War: E-Day which launches on October 6, 2026.
Additional reveals included Fable launching on February 23, 2027. Halo: Campaign Evolved is launching on July 28, 2026, Minecraft Dungeons II on September 29 and Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy on August 27.
