Listen to article

OPPO is set to unveil ColorOS 15 soon. The date has been set for their annual OPPO Developer Conference (ODC) on October 17th, 2024.

The event has the theme of “AI, One Step Closer”, so the operating system will likely have new, exciting features. With that, the brand is slated to showcase how they’ve utilized AI through technological innovations.

One of ColorOS 15’s new features is its AI note assistant. This will intelligently format your notes and proof them as needed, all with one press. Aside from this, the OS is set to improve its performance and user experience even more.

ColorOS has been fluid, user-friendly, and easy-on-the-eyes as is. Safe to say, it’ll be interesting to see what else OPPO can add. In addition, the upgrade will be based on Android 15.

This means that ColorOS 15 will have features like syncing notifications between devices, private spaces, and better multitasking. With Android 15 expected to be ready by mid-October, its launch on October 17 is timely.
